Offered is a “Whirly Tinker” child’s toy from the 1920’s or 30’s from The Toy Tinkers, Evanston, Ill. U.S.A.  Pat. Pend. (Label on the front of the toy) It measures approx. 8.5” L x 7” W x 7” H and is made of metal and wood. The two men turn around as the toy is pulled along.

 

Condition: Overall condition is Fair – this toy has been played with over the years and shows significant paint loss (and rust) on the metal parts. All the wooden (and metal) parts are present and in working condition.
