I do not send First Class International because there is no tracking. I also do not declare items as gifts or understate values as it is illegal and obviously against Ebay Policy. Sorry, no exceptions - please do not ask.

There may be additional customs fees required. You can research your country's duty/tax rates at USPS.com. Please check your shipping costs before bidding/buying. Returns can be made. You must send the item back within 3 days of receipt at your own expense. A 10% restocking fee will be charged and your shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY:
Returns are accepted. Item must be sent back within 3 days of receipt. If new, Item must be unused with Tags still attached. A 10% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the purchase price and buyer must ship back at your own expense via Priority Mail or Express Mail. For your protection insurance and signature confirmation is highly recommended for higher dollar items.

Same as above for International Sales and shipping charges are non-refundable.
