GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER):  VG    No splits, but it does have seam wear throughout, some wrinkles on the front as well as a little sticker residue. Also a tiny bit of writing on the back.
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): M-    Superb, very clean and well maintained.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:    Beautiful early copy of this Monk classic.
