Feedback Policy
We automatically leave feedback for all our customers once an item is paid for.
Once you receive the item and you are happy with it we request that you leave us feedback as well. Ebay has a new feedback system which is very important to all sellers. It is called DSR (detailed seller rating) You would leave a regular comment as always then there is the DSR. 4 separate categories were you leave a star rating from 1-5 stars. The 4 categories are:
- Item as described
- Communication
- Shipping time
- Shipping and handling charges
It is very important to me that we get 5 STARS in each of the 4 categories. In order For me to keep my power seller status I need to maintain at least a 4.5 average. I also I am not able to get any discounts from Ebay unless I maintain at least a 4.6 to a 4.8. The star system rating is as follows:
- 5 star rating each category is good to excellent
- 4 star rating in each category is fair at best
- And 1-3 stars is terrible to fair
I strive for all 5 star ratings and 100% customer satisfaction, if you were unhappy in any way I hope you will first give me the chance to make things right prior to leaving bad feedback.

We Guarantee that all refrigeration is in working condition when it leaves our building. KitchenGuys is not responsible for any refrigeration problems that arise in transit. Items are packed very carefully to prevent problems from happening
SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT: As solder ages, it becomes brittle. Solder holds refrigeration lines together. When older refrigeration is shipped on a truck, it usually bounces quite a bit. The bouncing and vibrations can cause the brittle solder to allow a refrigerant leak. A repair and recharging of the refrigerant system usually is significantly less than $100.00. Refrigerant costs technicians about $6.00 per pound. Almost all of the refrigeration systems we sell over the Internet hold less than one pound of refrigerant.

Return policy: All items are sold as is and as described. If you are not sure, ask before bidding. All Returns must be authorized by KitchenGuys .Authorized returns must be within 7 days of receipt and must be returned with all parts, packing materials and documentation. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping and crating costs are not refunded.
