Buyer to pay $16 shipping to anywhere in the lower 48 states, including insurance. Shipping will be more for other locations.

For buyers outside of the US paying with PayPal, shipping must be via USPS Express Mail because of the need for a tracking number. Payment with Postal Money Orders or direct bank wire transfers do not have this restriction.
