The Heart Baton has a "Gorilla Grip" - the center of the shaft has a special surface that feels soft to the grip, yet significantly helps the twirler keep control of the baton when the hands get wet. The Gorilla Grip has been tested using soapy water on the hands and the twirler can still twirl the baton!
New, industry-leading rubber compounds have also been used in the heart shaped baton ends, the ball and tip. You will experience less baton bounce when the baton is dropped. The triangular shapes act as brakes to stop the baton in it's tracks when rolling on the floor.
The Heart Baton is developed by Susan Orr, an experienced baton coach and expert. She collaborated with engineers and chemists to create this innovative twirling baton that is fast becoming a favorite!
