We feel that it is unfair for other sellers to sell "Refurbished" units as "NEW", if you are paying for a "New" laptop you should receive "New" laptop. If you purchase any of the "Refurbished" units advertised as "New", please let everyone know that by leaving appropriate feedback. We see quite a bit of sellers who sell Refurbished Laptops as New, and yet they have nearly perfect feedback. eBay sellers who do this are no better than dealerships who roll back miles just to sell a car.

If we list Laptop as "New" you will actually get a "New" Laptop - not some other "Refurbished" Laptop.
