Ours is a no smoking home. We do have pets. They don't smoke either.

Utah requires me to charge tax on shipping and handling as well as the purchase price for Utah residents.

Most items have a 14 day return policy. For safety reasons personal care or edible items are not returnable. If you would like to return any other item it is very important to follow these guidelines to get your refund:

* You must email me immediately to let me know the item will be returned.
* I will issue a refund AFTER I receive the item in its original condition (including all the pieces)
* You will receive a refund of the original purchase price and the original postage only. If you choose to add insurance or delivery confirmation I will not refund for those expenses.

Thirsties Diapers and Covers sometimes ship directly from the manufacturer. Most orders ship within 3 business days of cleared payment. In some rare cases an item may be out of stock. If this happens, I will offer you a choice of a complete refund for that item or a free gift when the item ships. Shipping for Thirsties covers is $3.00 for the first set and $1.50 for each additional set. You can mix and match sizes for shipping discounts.

All items are well packaged and in the condition described when I mail them. Insurance is optional, however, if you choose not to purchase it I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
