Adding a Thirsties Hemp Insert into a Thirsties Pocket All-In-One is simple.  Flip open the pocket of the diaper and insert. Reverse the pocket opening and wrap diaper around baby.

When adding to Thirsties Fab Fitted diapers, tuck the insert into your Thirsties Diaper Cover. Wrap and fasten your fitted diaper around baby first and then add the insert and cover.
 
Why hemp? Hemp is easy on the environment because it grows quickly without pesticides or fertilizers. It actually improves the soil in which it grows. Hemp is naturally somewhat antibacterial and super-absorbent. Hemp absorbs better than cotton and is very durable.
