This training seat was used by my son and taken very good care of. It has a button on the top of the handle that beeps when pushed. It has a removable yellow terry cloth seat cover that is machine washable. It also has a very nice built-in splash guard for little boys. There are no dents or stains, but there are very small scratches on the top of the handle that are smooth not rough. It has two hooks on the bottom so it will not slip off your toilet seat. This seat made my little guy always want to go to the potty! I hope you have the same experience with it. Good luck bidding.
