An original state tax land deed. At the top it says the indenture is between Stanley W. Turner, Auditor General of the State of Michigan and Delta Lumber Co of Thompson Michigan. The land is situated in the County of Schoolcraft, South West quarter of South West quarter of section Nine Town four North Range Eighteen West...... It is signed and dated at the bottom April 14, 1896 at Ingham County.
The document is in very good condition.
