New Zealand- Genuine sea salt is hand gathered, never blended with inferior salts nor touched by machinery.  100% natural, New Zealand Sea Salt is so concentrated that you may use roughly one half what you normally would. It contains only 95% sodium chloride vs. 99.9% in ordinary table salt while the other 5% is a beneficial blend of trace elements. This is a great everyday salt for cooking or to use in a salt mill and a popular choice among professional chefs.

Hawaiian Alaea - is the traditional Hawaiian sea salt used to season and preserve.  Hawaiian Coral Sea Salt is non-processed and rich in trace minerals, all of which are found in sea water. A small amount of harvested reddish Hawaiian clay (‘Alae) enriches the salt with Iron-Oxide.

Traditionally Hawaiians use Alaea salt in ceremonies to cleanse, purify and bless tools and canoes, as well, in healing rituals for medicinal purposes.

Savor a unique and pleasant flavor while roasting or grilling meats. It has a slight sweet flavor that is imparted along with its color from the coral in the sea near where it is harvested.  Try spreading a piece of french bread with butter and sprinkle a tiny bit on and you will be amazed at the burst of flavor. 

Salish, Alderwood Sea Salt is harvested by the Salish Indians of British Columbia. The salt is then dried in smoke ovens with Aldeerwood chips that provide a subtle smoky flavor that is wonderful on salmon and most meats.
