Mint condition TiVO series 2, 80 hr. DVR. Extremely lightly used. I've had it in a closet for a few months because I got a dvr from my cable company. Comes with IR adaptor (this allows you to use a cable box, digital cable box or receiver with the tivo. It changes channels on both WIRELESSLY!!!!!! so that they match instead of you manually having to make sure it's on the right channel. It's VERY useful.) Also comes with remote, and 2 coaxial cables. 1 for the wall cable, 1 to connect the TiVO to the tv. It's all ready to set up right when it gets to you, especially if you have a cable box/receiver for your cable or digital cable provider.
