12 Ticket Invitations
Each set in this auction is for 12 brand new and custom designed Invitations
(i.e. quantity of 1 = 12, quantity of 2 = 24, quantity of 3 = 36, etc)
· Invitations are 1/3 sheet size (approximately 3 1/2" by 8 1/2") and are a flat card.
· Each invitation comes with an envelope for mailing as well as a FREE matching return address label.
· They are laser printed on 110lb white cardstock.
Minimum order is 12. Additional invitations can be purchased for $0.85 each if you need less than a full set.
Personalization
Once auction is purchased, please be sure to email me directly thru ebay with personalization information. I will need the Design Choice (1 or 2) and the following information:
· Name
· age
· date of party
· time
· place
· RSVP
· Barcode date if you want something different than the date of the party (i.e. actual birthday)
· any other info you would like included on them.
Also just a note that since I include matching return address labels as a free gift, please be sure to include the name and address you would like on those as well.
Proofs
Once I receive the payment & info, I will email you a sample proof within 48hrs (excluding Sat, Sun & Holidays) for your approval prior to printing.
Proof will be sent as a jpeg attachment to either the email address you have on file with ebay or paypal so please be sure that both are an accurate email account that you check daily or you may include the email address you would like it sent to when submitting info for personalization. Also, be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you have any email blockers!
Shipping
Items usually ship within 24 - 48 hrs of your approval of proof (excluding Sat, Sun & Holidays) and will be shipped via Priority Mail, unless Express Shipping is requested upon checkout. You should automatically receive a shipping notification from ebay/paypal with all shipping info and delivery confirmation number once the item has been shipped.
Additional lots or other items may be purchased to combine shipping.
I do combine shipping on all items purchased at the same time. Ebay will not recognize a combined purchase on items that are paid for seperately so in order to take advantage of the combined shipping fee, please make sure you have purchased all items you would like to order BEFORE you submit payment.
Upon checkout, there will be 2 options for shipping services - Priority & Express. Shipping & Handling for Priority Mail is $5 for first set and $1 for each additional set and $17 for Express Mail for the first set and $1 for each additional set.
Shipping time for Priority mail is approximately 2 – 3 days and overnight to most destinations for Express Mail. Please note that this applies to shipping only, not the time it takes to prepare the proof for approval and get them ready for shipping.
Payment
Due to ebay policy, paypal will be the only acceptable form of payment. Auctions must be paid for within 7 days of purchase.
