All sales are final. All of our items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. All purchases are non-returnable unless defective. A defective unit is an item that does not work properly. This does not cover scratches, dents, or cosmetic blemishes. Any defective item will be replaced, if we can not replace the item, a refund will be given.
