Payment

We accept checks, money orders and all major credit cards via paypal. If paying by credit card you must register with paypal or we cannot accept your payment. It's easy to sign up with paypal simply by going to their site at www.paypal.com. Once you have signed up don't forget to confirm your address so we can ship your items. Your confirmed address is usually the same as the billing address of the credit card you have used. If paying by check or money order simply mail it to us at the address on the invoice we email at the end of every sale. Please indicate on your check what your are paying for. Note we may hold business or personal checks 5 days to give them time to clear. We are happy to combine shipping so if you purchase multiple items at the same time, please wait for us to send a combined invoice prior to sending your payment.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO PURCHASING. Paypal only confirms address for the United States and a couple of other foreign destinations and some countries have limits on insured value. Please contact us prior to making your purchase so we can discuss the available options for payment and shipping.

Returns

Please remember you are purchasing antique pre-owned silver that may be decades old and is not new. We make every attempt to describe the condition of our merchandise and point out any major defects. Some of the small scratches and nicks are just part of being old and aren't considered damage but are "patina" which gives old silver its unique special feel. We will accept returns, but ask you contact us so we can discuss it.

Shipping

We ship via the USPS Priority Mail for most purchases and used registered mail (signature required) for all high value items. Large or very heavy items will ship via FEDEX ground. We pack very well to insure your purchase arrives in the same condition as it left. We ship 2-3 times a week unless we are out of town at an antique show in which case we will ship ASAP upon our return. We try to be very fair with our quoted shipping charges and estimate without knowing the exact weight of the package nor the address where it will be shipped. We usually loose on shipping particularly when including the cost of shipping materials and the time involved preparing your shipment.

Sales Tax

We are required by the state of Florida to collect 6% on all purchases shipped to a Florida address. It is the law and we can't make any exceptions unless sent a valid signed resale certificate either by email, fax or regular mail.
