Tim is
a OOAK artist bear, designed and completly made by me, Danni
Whatford of Delartful Bears. Please note, he is a
collector's
item and not suitable for children due to small
parts.
He has been carefully hand stitched and is made from a
Schulte ratinee mohair in a creamy pink colour with a grey backing,
very unusal, but striking! I love this mohair. His footpads are made out of
Cashmere fabric which is oooh
sooo soft!
He is
5 cotter pin jointed, with a wobble joint in the head so he can
be
posed in many cute positions. Please note, his wobble joint is
invisible - as are all Delartful Bear's wobble joints.. He has
been firmly filled with
high quality polyester stuffing and weighted using steel shot in his
feet and tummy. Due to the steel shot, he is quite weighty for
her size - making him feel like a real little being when he sits in
your hands.
Tim can stand quite well, but needs
help to do so, as he can topple over due to his large tummy.
Like
all Delartful Bears, Tim's
face has been extensively needle sculpted. It has also been
hand
plucked and shaded - giving you that gorgeous character you see before
you! He has Premium
quality
german glass eyes which are the best available quality.
Tim will
arrive at his new home
with his own certificate of
authenticity. The certificate is
signed and dated, and will have all his information on it.

About
the Artist:
I have been making bears for over two and a half years now. I am
really
enjoying my experience in the bear world. I am so blessed to have
my articles published in wonderful Bear magazines. The most
recent is a four page spread
about me and my bears in the June 06 issue of Australian Bear
Creations.. Last year, I had a
wonderful 2 page article written about my bears in the fantastic UK
Magazine, Teddy Bear Times. I have also have quiet a few photos
of bears appear in magazines such as Teddy Bear and Friends, Teddy Bear
Club International and Teddy Bear Scene. Also, there is an
article in the March issue of an Australian magazine,
Australian Bear Creations which I was interviewed for, all about
eBay!
I offer
a mailing list for anyone who would like to be kept up to date with
what's happening with me and my bears. Like current auctions and
when my webpage is updated. I also have the occassional offer for
my valued mailing list members. Please sign up

Payment
methods: For international customers, I only accept
payments to be made via Paypal.
For Australian customers, I accept Direct Deposit (Prefered) or Money
Order. Please no payments via Paypal for Australian customers.
Please note: All prices quoted here, are actual Postage and Packaging
costs. I don't charge a handling fee.
Terms: Payments need to be paid within 5 days and contact within
3 days.
Shipping: Within Australia is approx $8 AU. Insurance
extra.
International Shipping : Shipping to the US is $18 uninsured, or
$28 insured AU (Approx $13 uninsured US or $21 US insured).
Shipping costs are the same for the UK - approx 7 pounds
uninsured or 11 pounds insured) For other countries I think
shipping would be the same, but please email before bidding for a
quote.
Please note, if buyer doesn't request insurance - no responsibilty will
be taken for lost goods. Therefore insurance is highly
recommeded! However, no insurance is available to Canada
customers - sorry!
Due to ill health, I'm not able to post every day. So, I post
bears out the first Tuesday or Friday after payment is received.
