SHIPPING AND HANDLING

In most cases we are among the quickest shippers of CDs on Ebay. We will usually ship within 48 hours [2 business days] of receipt of payment.

Please DO NOT BID if you disagree with the S/H charges shown below. By bidding on our auctions you accept that the charges will be added to the amount of your winning bid.

To avoid misunderstanding, the US shipping and handling charge is for POSTAGE AND HANDLING...not just postage.  Handling is materials and fees relative to the preparation and shipping of the product. This includes [but is not limited to] the bubble mailer[s], tape, labels, receipt cards, replacement jewel case components, jewel case polishing and adhesive removal materials, and the use of a professional CD polishing machine. It also includes travel time and fuel, and line time as all parcels are mailed AT THE POST OFFICE to expedite shipping.  In the case of international shipments, the customs form must be filled out and processed IN PERSON by a postal clerk.

Note to US bidders:  Media Mail is MORE expensive than First Class at the weight of a CD.

We ship to US destinations with jewel case only. *To be eligible for combined shipment you MUST make ONE payment for all CDs shipping together.  If you are bidding on more than one of our auctions please advise us by email.  We will hold items for one week for combined shipments unless other arrangements have been made.   Reduced combined shipping applies to auction wins from Ebay sellers hcw52 or rhc13 or both. Falsifying a Customs Form whether through reducing the value or by declaring it a gift when it is not is a Federal Offense in the U.S. Please do not ask us to do it as we will decline the request.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
	Payments required within 10 days unless other arrangements have been made.
Money Orders	International Money Orders must be in USD.
Checks	No Checks from International Bidders.  10 day hold on checks. By bidding on our auctions, bidder agrees to pay my bank's bounced check fee should your check not be honored by your bank for any reason.
Credit/Debit Cards	We accept credit or debit cards only through PAYPAL.  Please DO NOT email us with credit card information [numbers and expiration dates] as it is NOT safe to do so and we CANNOT process credit card payments directly.
Paypal	Echecks require holding shipment until PAYPAL says the Echeck has cleared. This may be 3-5 days after YOU SEE the echeck has cleared your account
You MUST include the item number and/or description with your payment or your shipment will be delayed.  Non-Paying bidder notices will be executed 14 days after auction ends [21 days for international bidders] if payment is not received or other communications/arrangements are made.  Non-Paying bidder notices can lead to Ebay warnings and possible suspension from Ebay.
OTHER COMMUNICATIONS/FEEDBACK
To maintain our quick shipping and customer service, we DO NOT email when payment is received or shipment is made unless requested on an exception basis.

We recognize how important our issuing FEEDBACK is to our customers: we have issued 50% MORE feedback entries than we have received.  In most cases we will issue feedback within 30 days.  Please DO NOT us to ask us to leave feedback once you have made a payment or received your CD.  We will, of course, give preference to those bidders leaving feedback for us.
