ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Secertary of State Byrnes cover illustrated by Boris Chaliapin.

GRADING - CONDITION:
Grades G-VG or 3.5/10 with some a one inch split at the bottom of the spine which turns into a short tear into the back cover, light edge wear to covers as shown. Complete issue. Mailing label.

    All single magazine orders ship out flat protected by a magazine hobby bag (usually BCW brand) and sandwiched between cardboard to protect from bends and bumps.

    I use the USPS for shipping.

    U.S. orders are shipped within two business days of cleared payment by First Class or Priority Mail. Express Mail ships next day.

    Outside the U.S., Priority Mail International orders ship within one business day of cleared payment. First Class International ships out 1-2 times per week.
