Size:  7 3/8 inches wide by 16 inches long -- when hanging.

Let all your friends know when the party begins with a picnic-inspired wind spinner embellished with ribbon.

This is a pattern from 2006.

Great design and change the colors around if you wanted to to make a color scheme that will fit your decor of your home, patio and/or garden area.

This pattern is the original pattern -- it was removed from one of my many plastic canvas books, leaflets and/or magazines that I have collected over the years.
