If you do not receive our usual invoices, or our emails with shipping or our tracking information or our responses to questions, consider that ALL email accounts have default (often very rigid) spam filters, so please check your junk, bulk or spam folder for our messages. Below we have some tips how to overrule the spam filters.

Also check if you have updated your most recent email address in your Ebay account profile as well as in your Ebay notification preferences). We want to make sure you are set up to let our emails through.

Tips to overrule your default email spam filters:

Apple Mail
Apple's Mail application calls SPAM "Junk Mail," and has two modes of Junk Mail blocking. In "Training" mode, messages considered Junk Mail are colored brown in your Inbox, but remain visible. In "Automatic" mode, Junk Mail messages are automatically sent to the Junk folder.To tell Mail not to send LEEFLANG ARCHIVES CORPORATION mail to the Junk folder in the future, highlight the LEEFLANG ARCHIVES CORPORATION message found in the Junk folder, and choose Message > Mark > As Not Junk Mail.If Mail continues to consider messages from LEEFLANG ARCHIVES CORPORATION as Junk Mail, add the following addresses to your Address Book: "sales@leeflangarchives.com", "sales2@leeflangarchives.com" and "shipping@leeflangarchives.com" By default, addresses in the Address Book are not considered Junk Mail.
