of information from the resort regarding status of all fees and
various other facts.An estoppel certificate detailing critical
unit information is obtained from resort management. A Review
of all closing documents prior to signature. Notification of transfer.
- Disbursement
of funds to management company at resort and any others.
This is a
Membership/Right to Use (RTU) property. A Transfer Packet,
along with any monies to the Resort/Management Company will be sent
for property transfer. The closing company will then follow-up to
confirm that the transfer is complete. --- All you do is relax and
