Report itemThe bidding price includes the legal transfer of ownership fee's and the conversion fee for RCI points, with no maintenance fees to pay until 2010!!. We are able to offer timeshare ownership which has an RCI Points Value of 82,500 per annum and maintenance fees of £591. The auction is open to anyone - you do not have to already own timeshare or be a member of RCI points to take advantage of this offer! The RCI points system is the most flexible way of owning timeshare, allowing you to use your points to book high quality timeshare accommodation and a whole host of travel related services such as hotels, flights, car hire, cruises, chartered yachts and country cottages. This points option uses timeshare at our resorts where the ownership is in perpetuity (forever). The timeshare is then converted into the RCI points system for you so that you have the points to 'spend' every year, yet you retain ownership deeds to the timeshare powering the points. You do not ever have to visit your home resort - you spend your points wherever you choose!! However you will receive Home Group priority for 6 resorts in the Canaries and one on Mainland Spain and may wish to take advantage of this. The bid price covers you buying the timeshare, the legal costs for registering it in your name and the conversion to RCI points along with your first years RCI points membership. We can also convert any existing timeshares that you own into the Points system along with this purchase at no extra cost. (please note not all RCI affiliated resorts can, as yet, be converted into the points system). Simply let us know what you own and we will be able to verify whether it can be converted. The maintenance fees are all up to date and there is no debt on the account. The full allocation of points will be ready to use as soon as the transfer has taken place however the new owner will not have maintenance fee's to pay until 2010!!!
