The Ponds at Fox Hollow is on 230 acres nestled in the heart of the Berkshire Mountains. It offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, locker rooms with showers, a library, computer room and personal business office, games, puzzles, a selection of outdoor/athletic/sporting equipment for your use, a movie rental selection, and more. On the grounds you will find outdoor tennis courts, putting green, basketball courts, a playground, rowboats and canoes for use on site, walking, hikeing, bike or cross country skiing, and gas barbeque grills.

Further, you can rent a movie from our well-stocked video library, or just lounge and relax in our beautiful new library.
At the Ponds at Foxhollow, we know that sometimes even the best vacations have to give way to important matters back at your place of business. Because of this, we have assembled a state-of-the-art business office, complete with a Compaq Pentium-type computer (complete with Windows XP-Pro and the latest version of Internet Explorer), a laser-jet color printer, high speed Internet access and e-mail capability, as well as faxing and telephone access.
Should your business call you away from your vacation for a brief period of time, we are prepared to handle your every office/electronic need. Or if you just want to surf the "net" for an upcoming weather report or read your local online newspaper, our "office away from home" has been designed and equipped to handle any type of computer-related situation. Babysitting can be attained by appointment.

The Norman Rockwell Museum is conveniently located nearby in the town of Stockbridge. In winter, visitors can enjoy downhill and cross-country skiing at nearby Butternut Basin or Brodie Mountain.

This is a deeded property so a Warranty Deed will be prepared and signatures gathered. It will then be sent to the county where the resort is located for recording. After the newly recorded deed is returned it is forwarded to the Resort/Management Company along with the transfer fees.
