SHIPPING INFO:

• We Ship all USA orders 5 days a week Monday through Friday except holidays and weekends.
• We Ship all International orders twice a week.
• All USA orders will be shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) after payment is cleared.
• Currently we are not shipping to ASIA, MIDDLE EAST.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

• Item(s) is sold brand new and highly unlikely to arrive defective. Item(s) is carefully checked prior to shipment. However in the extreme case of an item arriving defective, an exchange is justified and allowed. Buyer must contact Seller within five days of receipt and item must arrive back to Seller within 10 days of receipt. Item must be returned intact as was received by Buyer including unaltered Bracelet (no missing links), Tags, Booklets and Gift Box. S/H is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. No exchange is honored 10 days after receipt of item.

RETURN POLICY:

• Item(s) may be returned with no questions asked. However a returned item(s) will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of final sale price. Buyer must contact Seller within five days of receipt and item must be returned to me within 10 days of receipt. Item must be returned intact as was received by Buyer including unaltered Bracelet (no missing links), Tags, Booklets and Gift Box. S/H is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and is not refundable. No return is honored 10 days after receipt of item.
