All my items ship within 7 to 10 business days starting the day I receive payment....I do not ship items out on a daily basis due to my work schedule.......I also do not ship items on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. (I have only ever gotten 3 negative feedbacks and each one was because the buyer did not read the shipping information to know that it will be a few extra days before they will receive their items.)
I do accept returns but each item carries a $3 restocking fee. Once the item is returned, I credit back the purchase price ONLY minus the $3 restocking fee......NO SHIPPING COSTS ARE REFUNDABLE
When exchanging an item for size, etc., buyer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning the item to me - I will then ship the item back to you at my expense.
