Titan 2 Missile Silo base located in North Central Arkansas

This property is a Titan 2 missile silo complex near Hamlet, Arkansas, about 40 miles North of Little Rock.  This was site 9 of the 373rd Strategic Missile Squadron based out of the Little Rock Air Force Base.

This property is a total of 9 acres which is completely fenced around and is gated at the driveway. The blacktop driveway is 1/2 mile long and in very good condition.

This property has a very nice mobile home on site. The Mobile home is a 1998 model, 2 bedroom, 1 bath with central heat and A/C, in excellent condition. It has 200 amp electric service and city water hooked up.  A new septic system has been installed. Mobile home is tied down and skirted, (pictures were taken before skirting was installed). It's move in ready.

Due to Treaty requirements, all Titan 2 sites had the entry way removed to below ground level and filled with dirt & debris. The Missile silo top part was imploded and backfilled with dirt and rubble with a concrete cap. The Entry Portal must be excavated in order to gain entry to the underground structures.  This site has had some initial digging work done but the underground structures have not yet been opened.  Due to recent severe storms and large amounts of rain the excavation is currently filled with water and must be pumped out before work can continue.

The Titan 2 Missile Silo was a very hardened structure with the living quarters and launch control center (LCC) having concrete walls up to 9 feet thick and entirely covered in plate steel which makes them EMP proof. These sites were thought to have been lightly salvaged, so considerable salvage remains in the silo, if a person was interested in doing that. The Little Rock sites reportably have the tunnels from the Blast Lock to the LCC & Silo intact, 50 & 180 feet long & 9 1/2 ft dia.

The fuel loading pads are still intact and would make good foundations for a building.  The photos below show the general condition of the above ground part of the property.

A nonrefundable deposit of $1000.00 must be made within 48 hours of sale, this deposit will need to be made via PayPal. Full Balance will be due at closing.

This property is priced at $150,000.

I am listing this for the owner, he can be contacted at jcurry5@mac.com.

Owner has a considerable collection of blueprints, pictures and documentation related to these sites in digital format, which he will provide the new owner at closing to help them with their project.

Property is being sold "AS IS". Underground structures have not been accessed yet, so what actually remaining is unknown by owner.
