I do NOT do any repairs, pay for repairs, or resizing on jewelry items. If there should be a problem, the item has to be returned to me in the exact same condition as when shipped. 1.) I offer a full refund up to 10 days after receipt of your purchase for significantly not as described (SNAD) items. The 10 day time frame is for notifying me if there is a problem. All jewelry items are graded by Certified Gemologists. If I can't replace or exchange an item, then the refund will be cash back.

2.) I can no longer offer refunds for BUYERS REMORSE. If I DO accept the return, the shipping is not refundable. All used items are sold as is. The final decision will be made on a case by case basis in addition to my refund policy.
