Domestic Shipping
Shipping Methods. For shipments within the United States standard delivery is by USPS. Express option is available at an additional charge, please email us for options prior to payment.
Shipping Times. We generally ship whithin 24 to 48 hours upon cleared payment. We do not ship on holidays or weekends so orders received shortly before a holiday or weekend will not ship until the first business day following.
Delivery Times. Delivery dates are based on a number of business days beginning the first business day AFTER the date of shipment. Once we have shipped we send you a confirmation and estimate of the delivery date. PLEASE NOTE: we cannot be responsible for delays in delivery caused by bad weather, carrier error or other causes beyond our control and do not refund shipping charges in case of such delays.
International Shipping
We will not ship to the following countries due to high fraud histories: Belarus, Columbia, Egypt, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Romania, Russia, Indonesia and Taiwan.
Shipping Methods. For shipments outside the continental US, expedited delivery is by USPS Global Express service.
Duties and Taxes. Recipients of international orders are responsible for local import duties and taxes, if any. We declare the total value of items purchased (excluding shipping costs) for customs purposes. Question: What if the ring size I receive does not fit?
Answer: We offer a size exchange policy. If after you receive your item and the size is off you may exchange it for a size 9, 10, or 11 for a $5.00 fee if the item is in stock or you may choose a similar item. All you have to do is send us an email at sales@titaniumcompany.com and we will send you instructions.
Question: Can the bracelet be sized smaller?
Answer: Our bracelets can be adjusted by your local professional jeweler by removing the pins that hold the links together (similar to a metal watch band).
Question: What if we want to send a money order/cashiers check?
Answer: You may either follow the check-out instructions regarding money orders/cashiers checks or just send us an email at sales@titaniumcompany.com and we will send you instructions.
Question: Does Titanium Company package items in jewelry boxes?
Answer: Yes. We provide a lovely box for your jewelry.
Question: How quickly do you respond to emailed questions?
Answer: We receive many emails daily. They are answered in the order received. All emails are usually answered within 24 hours M-F.
Question: Do you offer local pick-up?
Answer: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer local pick-up.
Question: Do you offer engraving?
Answer: Sorry we do not. You may get your ring laser engraved at your local professional jeweler.
Question: Do you offer 1/2 and 1/4 sizes?
Answer: Our rings are comfort fit, meaning the way they are cut in the inside they typically fit 1/4 to 1/2 a size larger than a standard fit. We therefore do not carry 1/2 sizes. Please check with your local jeweler to see if a whole size in a comfort fit would suit you.
Question: Can a person have an allergic reaction to titanium or tungsten, like with gold?
Answer: No, titanium is hypo allergenic and is also non-corrosive.
