Refund

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Items must be in original condition. If any alterations have been made or the item worn we will not accept. This includes but is not limited to engraving, sizing, and damage due to negligence. Any credit or refund will be given on the item sale price less S&H and a 15% restocking fee. If the item is found to be defective the above will not apply. All credits or refunds are given via PayPal within 3 business days of confirmation of receipt.

Please be sure to send the item back in approved packaging* which provides safety of the item enclosed.  We are unable to be held responsible for an item that is damaged or lost in transit due to unreasonable packaging. You will also need to include your original invoice with detailed information regarding your return.

Exchange

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to include $4.50 for the return of your new jewelry piece. Once you have received confirmation of receipt please allow 2-3 business days for processing and the normal transit time listed in our Shipping and Handling Section.

Lifetime Warranty:

Feel comfortable when purchasing your products from Direct2Net Distribution. On most products we offer a Lifetime Warranty. This customer protection program covers our Titanium and Tungsten jewelry. Shipping & Handling charges do apply. Please email our customer service department for terms and conditions. Restrictions apply. A Return Authorization Number must accompany all jewelry being covered under this Warranty Program. Direct2Net reserves the right to discontinue or modify this Warranty Program at any time.

Packaging

In order for Direct2Net Distribution to provide you with the best customer service possible your item does need to be received back to us safely. Please follow the approved guidelines below to ensure safe delivery to us.

-          Send your item back with delivery confirmation. This allows you to confirm delivery back to us.

-          Package your item properly. Approved packaging includes bubble mailers and boxes.

Please DO NOT send your item back in an envelope as this raises the risk of damage or loss and we are unable to be held responsible for the item in cases like this.

Question: What does sizable 7 mean?
Answer: This means that the ring can be sized without loosing its integrity. We will NOT offer sizing for these items. You must have it done yourself. This can be done by any local jeweler.

Question: How quickly does Direct2Net respond to emailed questions?
