Return Policy:

The Watch Boys will accept returns/exchanges for products in (I) unused condition, within 14 days of the initial transaction.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first for return instructions.  All refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment method, (II) minus the original shipping charges.  Instead of a refund, you may also request an exchange for a similar or different product. 

• Product returns are the responsibility of the customer.  Please ensure that returned goods are packaged carefully, to avoid damage during transit.
• We are not responsible for Customs fees and taxes for returned goods into Canada.
 
(I) Unused condition: refers to any product that has NOT been mounted, worn, bent, altered or stained.  Please do not mount, wear or use any product if you intend on returning it.  Any returned items that are not in NEW condition, are only eligible for a 50% credit.
