Tjabang is originally a weapon of Penjak Silat, a from of Indonesian Martial Arts.

Aside from the infamous wavy blade weapon of Indonesian known as the Keris, Tjabang is also another weapon that is nearly as lethal.  Please do not confuse the Tjabang with a Japanese Sai.  Although the two may look a like, the specific details of the two weapons are very different.

SPEC: Tjabang TB

  • Custom Made
  • A Solid Full Tang High Carbon Steel Tjabang
  • Overall length from tip to tip is 20 7/8"L x 7 3/4"W
  • The center blade from tip to handle is 14 3/8"L x 5/8" in diameter
  • The tip of the center blade is tapered to 3/8" in diameter
  • Handle is 6 3/8" long and 1 3/16" in diameter
  • The side blades are about 5 1/2" long and about 7/16" in diameter
  • The overall weight of the Tjabang is nearly 3 lbs each 
  • 100% Functional
