This is the December 1994 issue, full of ideas, lessons, techniques and patterns for painters of all skill levels. Featured on the front cover is a "Holiday Bird House", painted by Tracia Ledford. Inside are Christmas Gifts to Paint, How to Stencil, Paint Your Bathroom Sink, and more. All patterns are intact and have never been used.
