Up for auction is this NEW/NEVER USED tole painting instruction pattern packet by Elsie Riedel. It is a pen and ink Oil Rouging project called "Old Stone Mill" and its a wonderful design of an mill with a waterwheel, rocks, fence, brush and trees. Elsie first inks on canvas (but you could use parchment paper and/or calligraphy paper), then uses oils to rouge in the color.
This pattern packet include painting instructions written using oils, the pattern, and 1 color picture.
