Vi, a Master Decorative Artist, is one of America's outstanding teachers and painters. Her thorough and simple teaching techniques make her widely sought as a portrait teacher of animals and people throughtout the US and Canada. In this DVD Vi uses oils and includes written instructions, line pattern & color placement pattern, and 1 color cover photo.
