DON’T ASSUME, that your order 2 or more items that it automatically qualifies for combined shipping,  we will make it better, but always contact us before any purchase, once its bought we there will is no room for discounts.

Welcome to Baby Bear’s Den LLC, We strive to give the lowest prices on eBay and by that shipping of some items will take between 3-7 business day to be processed and shipped.  Some items run out fast and must be restocked, if you wish to see if something is out of stock please email or call between  9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday  (678) 880-7092. Sometimes I sell out of an item because I do weekend knife shows, flea markets as eBay is our 2nd store and sometimes we sell out of an item through  our main store and can't take it off the listing before its sold.  If that should happen there is a choice either I can refund your money or I can order it for you, but you can  call or email if it’s a popular item so this doesn’t happen to you.  If you want an item that falls into our categories and you don’t see it PLEASE contact us and hopefully we can get the item listed for you.   There is nothing better than to have great communication between our store and the buyer, I will answer all emails, if you need to call that’s all right, but please if there ever is a problem we  will make it right.  When you get your item please give us positive feedback right away its important to us to show that we are a great place to do business with, in return we give you positive feedback as soon as you pay.  Also to not that I’m not responsible in any way for misprints in description of items, what I get from my distributors  is what I print, If I make a mistake please bring it to my attention before you purchase it, the photos are from my distributors and some are directly from the manufacture and they might vary in some little way but you are getting the item that you are bidding or buying from me, once again thank you for your business and reading this all the way thru.

Payment

           We now take  Visa and Master card, pay pal is still offered.  Payment must be received within 2 days of purchase or when an auction item has ended.  If there is a reason you can pay in the time frame please contact and let us know why, we are very understanding.

Shipping

            Shipping is to USA, it's our choice of what carrier we use, for majority of our items we use the USPS , we offer to items shipped in the USA, free tracking numbers , there is no charge for that.  We offer international shipping  but PLEASE  contact before you bid or buy, this way I can give you the shipping rates, tracking isn't offered on international items.  We are not responsible for international orders that are lost or confiscated , there are no refunds, ship at your own risk for international orders.

Returns

We offer returns up to 7 days, but please contact us before so if you need more time to send it back, so we have an understanding of why.  Buyer is responsible for all returned shipping cost and must notify me before anything can be returned. There are several reasons we won't take back returns.  There is also a 25% restocking fee to be paid for all returns.

1. If it breaks during shipping, that's what insurance is for

2. If it doesn't meet up to your expectations.

3. If it's a present for someone and it arrives late.

4. If it's a factory defect you must go thru them, but contact us first because we might be able to avoid that and just exchange it without the frustration.  We here to build a great relationship and have repeat customers. 

Legal

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to bid and purchase any of my items, you must be aware of your Federal, State, and Local laws on anything that you purchase.  By your purchase from me, you admitting that you’re of legal age and aware of all laws in your area and that we cannot be held liable for any actions taken against you.  Please know your laws.  I also have the right to end auction early if there is problem with the listing.  We have the right to refuse sale for any reason, either if there is a misprint, wrong price, wrong image on the listing. This covers us on any controversy that should arise.  Please also note that if there is a misprint in the price or description bring it to my attention before your purchase and let me know.  The pictures I use are provided with their permission and sometimes the pictures may vary a little bit, such as a shade light or darker than the original but nothing drastic.
