Description:

      Tokuriki Tomikichiro (德力富吉郎1902 – 1999) was a well-known Japanese traditional woodblock artist quite active throughout his entire lifespan. This very nice print was re-titled and issued by Uchida as one of eight famous views of Japan [日本八景] as shown by its promo flyer [the promo flyer is for your identification purpose only and will not be included in the package unless you purchase all eight prints]. It depicted a distant view [with an enlarged full-moon] of the famous Kintai Bridge across Nishiki River in the city of Iwakuni [Eastern part of Yamaguchi Prefecture, Suo was the old name of the district]. The print was delicately done with light embossing on the moon and the bridge etc.
