If not completely 100% satisfied with item please E-MAIL us at bestpricewatches@verizon.net contact us via live help and obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) for a full no questions asked refund, minus shipping, handling and a ten percent (10.0%) restocking fee. To receive your refund you must contact our office within 3 days of receipt of item. All items must be returned in original condition. Also, please be aware that items which have been sized or their tags were removed are non-returnable.

Please note that if an (RMA) number was not obtained and its not on the front of the box clearly your returned shipment will be rejected.
