All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail
Which is generally 2-3 business days. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding all holidays. Frequently, your shipment will go out the day after your payment is received, but will always be
processed within 2 business days.

Different Ship to Addresses:
Internet fraud is a big problem online so to protect our customers from their package being diverted
we can only ship to the listed shipping address on your Paypal account.
Please make sure this info is updated within your account before sending payment.


International Shipments require insurance and tracking.
Canadian residents please add $15.00 per item in addition to the listed shipping cost plus insurance.
All other International customers please wait to pay until we send you a invoice with your countries
shipping rate.

Combining Shipping:
We will automaticly combine shipping on all mulitply auction purchases that close within 72 hours
of each other. Please do not pay for any of your auction wins until all of the items that you want
shipped together have been combined into one invoice by us. We can only combine unpaid auctions.
Combined shipping rates are generally the first items shipping cost plus $2.00 per additional
item on top of that or less.
Example: First items shipping is $5.85 then second item would be $2 making the total $7.85

The maximum shipping cost for ALL DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS no matter how many items
that are purchased is $15.00
(Again to take advantage of this please do not pay until ALL items are combined into one invoice by us)
Example: If you buy 7 items or 10 items the maximum will be $15 ( U.S Shipping Only)

Free Shipping
All U.S address bound orders of $300 or more receive free domestic shipping.
Please allow us to remove the shipping cost on orders of this size Before payment is made.

We are not a retail store so local pick-up is not availaable.

Regarding Sizes:
Tommy Bahama runs bigger then other designers.
Generally by one size. Pant sizes are actual. However If you are not sure it may
be best to visit a local retailor who sells Tommy Bahama to try on a couple shirts
to get your bodies perfect size.Tommy Bahama is addictive.
Once you own one you'll always be looking for more!

What if I need to exchange an item for a different size?
A: Since our inventory fluctuates so rapidly, we cannot always guarantee availability of
products for exchanges. You may contact us in advance to find out the likelyhood of
exchange availablilty. To request an exchange please email us your original auction number
plus the auction number of the item you want to exchange it for.
Please note the item you wish to exchange must have all
original tags on the garment and in original pre-sale condition.
We also cannot cover shipping costs on straight exchanges.

It is our pledge that you will receive the exact item that you bid on, in the condition
that we have stated in the auction. If there is a problem with your order,
please contact us prior to leaving feedback your satisfaction is important to us!
