Toner Doctor offers a "No-Questions-Asked" Policy. If your item arrives defective, due to shipping damage or otherwise, just return it within 14 days for full refund or replacement - your choice! If item has been obviously damaged by carrier we will handle all claims.
Non-Defective Product: - We grant credit for returns only if the product and the packaging are in resellable condition. - If the return is a result of our error, we will issue an ARS (Authorized Return Service ) tag. - Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
