This is a Tonka Bell System Telephone Repair Trcuk with a boom.  It is 11" x 4" x 6", the boom is 8 1/2" and extends to 12 1/2".  There are some marks from usage and some paint missing and rust on the hood.  The windows are intact, plastic wheels, intact. It has a slide out compartment that holds 5 orange cones. Tonka 1978, good condition.
