We will be more than happy to combine shipping and handling for you, if you will let us invoice you before you paid for your items.  They have to all be paid for at the same time.  Easiest way to do that is to let us know when you are finished shopping with us.

All items need to be paid for within 10 days of auction or "Buy It Now end.  Unless you have made prior arrangements with us at Smoky's Trading Post.  If you do have an unexpected problem, let us know and we will try to work something out with you.

We are availabe on most days to answer questions concerning our auctions, except for Saturday afternoon, when I do volunteer work.  We shut down our computer about 10 p.m. mountain time, for all you night owls, your questions will be answered about 9 a.m. the next morning.

We will ship items most anywhere as long as you will pay the shipping and handling.  The one exception is Italy, does not allow imports of plastic toys.  We do know citizens of Italy have said that is not true, but the Post Office Regulations say it is true and so we have to go by this country's regulations.  As far as a handling fee, yes, we do charge handling fees, they are built in the flat rate fees, so there is no additional hidden costs.  If you want your package insured, then include it when you pay for your auction(s).  Because we will not take reasonablity for what the Post Office feels like doing with the mail or packages, when we post them.  That includes money orders send to us, we are not responsible for their arrival, so if we tell you we haven't received it, then you will need to track it down.

We will accept as payment PayPal, BidPay, and money orders from United States customers.  If you live outside the United States terrorities, and that includes Canada, you need to pay by PayPal or BidPay, unless you have made arrangements ahead of time with us.
