You are bidding on a used Topcon TL-20DE Thodolite Transit in case. Serial number A31506. Optical plummit, 30X magnification, removable tribrach, all knobs turn smoothly, all lenses are clear with no scratches. This unit was used until I got an electronic total station. Buyer to pay $20 shipping to the lower 48 states. As always, I'm selling it as is. I don't know of anything wrong with it but I haven't used it for a while.
