Will I Receive a Tracking Number?
Yes. On all UPS shipments and all packages shipped within Canada using Canada Post, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number when the item has been packaged and shipped. However, on all Canada Post shipments outside of Canada we retain a tracking number confirmation in the event of a shipping problem.
The post office DOES NOT scan the packages in when I drop them off, therefore the delivery confirmation tracking info through Canadapost.com may show only that the label has been created. This does not mean that your package is not on its way. Your item is scanned when it leaves our warehouse as proof of delivery and again when the items arrives to your address.
Buyers are responsible for customs & importation laws as well as duty & brokerage fees. If an item is undeliverable and/or returned to our location, the buyer is responsible for all associated charges incurred, including but not limited to shipping, duty and customs clearance unless we have made a mistake on your ship to address. Please contact your local customs agent for approximate import fees before bidding, as these can vary by location.
