Tortilla Soup Con Queso is a traditional Southwest  favorite. This soup is richly seasoned with chiles and spices . To top it off it  a blend of monterey jack cheese and cheddar. You add the fire so you can make it as hot as you wish as y ou can see in the photo the attached bottle of tabasco. Great served with dinner or as the centerpiece of the meal.
