I bought the computer a few months ago and have only used it a few times to get on the internet. Installed Microsoft Office 2007 and it comes with backup and recovery discs. I will also include a Targus black/gray laptop bag and HP Deskjet F4480 All-In-One Printer (brand new-never been used). Great deal for everything included!
