RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY INFORMATION

All the items sold by Berkeley Computer Center come with 90 day replacement warranty unless stated otherwise in the item description. All defective items returned within warranty period will be replaced with the same or compatible items. In case we cannot provide the compatible replacements, we will issue a credit or a refund.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

• Due to buyers returning the items in perfectly working condition as defective, we advise you to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization  (RMA) number from us before you returning an item.

• You can obtain RMA by sending an email to berkeley_computer.service@yahoo.com with "RMA Request" in subject field along with Sale Record Number (SRN), which can be found in any email received from us.

• The return must be packaged carefully to avoid any damages in transit, and RMA# must be included in the package.

• The returned item will be processed within 5 days from the date of receipt for replacement or refund.

TERMS OF RETURN:

• RMA number must be obtained within warranty period for an item for return.

• DOA, Short Shipment or Deviations must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Returned item must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage in order to receive a warranty. Any returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be returned to sender at sender's expense.

• The merchandise must be packaged carefully to prevent any damages in transition.

• Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

We accept the following means of payments:

PAYMENT INSTRUCTION:

• PayPal Payment can be made to berkeleycomputerstore@yahoo.com.

• For Credit Card Payment, VISA, MASTER and American Express, please call us at (510) 841-1686 between 1:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. (Pacific Time), Monday through Saturday. You need to have Sale Record Number (SRN), which can be found in the winner notification email sent from us when you call for the payment.

• For Money Order Payment, please make the money order payable to "24HoursPC.COM", and mail your payment to "Berkeley Computer Center.  2510 Durant Ave. Berkeley, CA 94704." You will need to include a print out of winner notification email sent to you, or SRN with your eBay user ID along with your money order.

• You can get Combine Shipping Discount for multiple items purchased within 7 days and receive discount on shipping & handling fees. You can complete checkout after all the auctions have ended. You will have 7 days from the end of the first auction to complete checkout. Be advised that the order cannot be combined or modified after checkout has been completed. You can send us email directly to berkeley_computer.service@yahoo.com with "Combine Shipping Request" in subject field along with your eBay user ID after your last item's auction has ended, so we can send you combined item invoice with applicable discounts.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

• Some items may not be qualified for multiple shipping discount.

• There is 8.75% California Sales Tax for the items shipped to California.

• We reserve right to cancel the transaction if the payment has not been received within the given time frame.

SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION

We currently ship to 48 contiguous United States in general. It is possible for the special purchase to ship to outside US. You must contact us before you purchase item for shipping to other than 48 contiguous United States.

TERMS OF SHIPPING & HANDLING:

• We do not deliver to International, Canada, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico addresses.

• UPS & DHL do not deliver to P.O. Box. We can arrange items specified to be shipped via UPS or DHL to be delivered to P.O. Box using USPS provided the buyer covers extra shipping fees. Please, contact us for arrangement and fee.

• All orders will be handled and shipped in 3 - 5 business days from the date we received your payment, not including delivery time. Delivery transition time varies depending on the carriers and the means of delivery.

• We send an email with either UPS Tracking Number or USPS Delivery Confirmation Number when the item is processed for shipping. Please, send us email directly, if you have not received an email within 5 business days since you made the payment, to berkeley_computer.service@yahoo.com with "Shipping Status Request" in subject field along with SRN. It is generally replied within 24 hours. Please understand that USPS Delivery Confirmation Number does not provide real time tracking information of the package. It will be updated when the package has been delivered.

• Local pick-up can be arranged for some items sold on eBay with only actual shipping cost discounted. Make sure to contact us before you purchase item to find the amount of discount.

• Combined shipping which weighs more than 2lb will be shipped via UPS or DHL Ground.
