 How bad are the scratches and dents? Will it affect the quality of my workout?
A.
 The scratches and dents on most units are hardly visible. No imperfections will be bigger than one inch. The functionality of your unit will work just as well as one of our new Total Gym’s. If you are concerned, please read my feedback for customer input.

 How many units do you have available?
A.
 We currently have 15 to 20 Scratch & Dent XL units in stock.

 Can you be specific to an actual item as to what is scratched or damaged?
A.
 Sorry, all of our units are pre-packaged and in our warehouse ready for shipment, so it’s hard to tell which one you’ll receive.

 Are you the same company affiliated with the Chuck Norris & Christie Brinkley infomercial?
A.
 Yes, we have been selling Total Gyms on TV since 1996. We also started selling Total Gyms online at TotalGymDirect in January 2003.

 What is the difference between the Total Gym XL and Total Gym 3000?
A.
 The Total Gym XL has:
• Upgraded glideboard (larger and more padding)
• Upgraded squat stand (larger and padded)
• Chrome upper rails
• Supports 400 lbs. rather than 300 lbs.
• Both gyms come with the same accessories, DVDs, and warranty

 What is the difference between the Total Gym XL and Total Gym Electra?
A.
 The Electra is an electronic version of the XL. It has a motorized height adjustment system so you can increase or decrease the resistance of your workout without getting off the gym.
• Both come with the same accessories and limited lifetime warranty.
• The Electra is slightly larger when folded
• XL weight in box - 96 lbs.
• Electra weight in box - 130 lbs.

 What type of Warranty do I receive with my gym?
A.
 You get lifetime warranty on the frame and a 6 month warranty on all moving parts. You get the same warranty that comes with all NEW units.

Q.
 Is the Total Gym XL easy to assemble?
A.
 No assembly or tools required! Just pull the Total Gym out of the box, sets up in minutes with our 5-Step Easy Set-Up.

Q.
 Does Scratch & Dent mean that these gyms are used?
A.
 Not necessarily. Some of these units were damaged slightly during shipping. When the customer received the gym, they may have used it before noticing the imperfections. When you purchase a new Total Gym, it better be perfect, right? So they sent it back to us in exchange for a new one.

 I live near West Chester, PA, can I pick up my gym?
A.
 Sorry, there are no pick-ups. We will ship your unit FedEx Ground.

 What forms of payment do you accept?
A.
 We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

 Where do you ship?
A.
 We currently ship to the continental 48 states via FedEx Ground.

Alaska, Canada & Hawaii require an additional $50 for shipping. We also require that you include a phone number with your payment. All Canadian customers should contact us before making payment so we can calculate your GST as well as PST if you are located in Ontario. We do not ship to Quebec or the Northern Yukon Territories.

 Do you accept returns?

Sorry, No Returns. These gyms do come with a 60 day money back guarantee card, but is not valid on our eBay units.
