Being an eBay Power Seller we ship a whole lot of golf gear all around the world. We have established the following in order to allow you, the customer, to better understand what to expect from your order.
1. Domestic freight costs are for the 48 contiguous United States via FedEx or UPS Ground (at our discretion); USPS Priority to AK and HI. International Freight costs are for USPS International Priority. In those instances where we ship USPS, we will utilize USPS Flat Rate packaging whenever possible. Please see the Shipping Section for more details.
2. We do accept returns on items in the same condition as when they were shipped. This means that if a club or other item was sent to you new and un-used that it needs to be returned to us new and un-used. This is common sense. If we sell you a new club and get a used club back, then it really impedes our ability to sell that club as new again. Items received not in the same condition they were sent may, at our discretion, be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our end.
3. Tracking information, provided on domestic FedEx, UPS and USPS International shipments, will be emailed to you by the respective carrier. Domestic USPS Priority provides delivery confirmation only. International customers should also note that, in our experience, USPS International tracking is mediocre at best. We have never had a package fail to arrive, but the tracking is horrendous and sometimes fails to reflect days spent in local customs offices awaiting clearance in the destination country. If this should happen, please be patient. We guarantee that you will receive your package, but can do nothing to alter the reality that is International Shipping.
4. We are high volume sellers of golf shafts and equipment, and as such our in-stock inventory changes daily. This means that, for many products listed permanently in our eBay Store, we are dependent upon arriving inventory to meet orders.
Though it doesn't happen often, there can sometimes be a short delay between the time that we receive your order through eBay and the time that we receive the product from the manufacturer. In this rare event, it is typically not more than 1-3 days before our stock is updated and your order is processed. If for any reason it appears as if there are going to be delays beyond this, we will contact you and discuss your options with you. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we will always work to make you pleased with your Customer Experience.
Additionally, we warehouse most of the items that we sell; other, larger or less common items, we have arranged with the manufacturer to direct ship to the customer. For in-stock items we guarantee shipment within three business days. The manufacturer does not make such a guarantee. As such, there can sometimes be short back order periods prior to shipping some items. In this event, it is typically not more than a few days but can be longer during high season. If your purchase is for a gift or is needed immediately for some other reason then it is always wise to send us an email confirming that the item is available for immediate shipment. We will always strive, during high and holiday periods, to have sufficient quantities of most items on hand to meet all orders expeditiously.
The bottom line, though, is that we will ALWAYS strive to make you happy.
