This is the first block from the 2009 Toys R Us / LEGO / Bricktober promotion: Week 1.

 It is in unused condition. Not played with, in the same condition as it was given to us by Toys R Us. 

Also included: the 2 x 8 yellow base plate. 

In my photo, I am showing both sides of the block, you will receive one block and the baseplate.
